while others only want their property cared for and ready for their visits. You want your property to at least retain its value, if not increase value/income.

Commissions on rentals are based on length of rental, with discounts for rentals over one year. The high season
has previously been from December through April. However, as more people discover this area of sunny days
even in rainy season, more long-term rentals are being made and some people like to rent year round so they can
see the beauty of living here full time.
Having had a varied background that placed Jill with all kinds of people and their needs, she and her team can

and her husband to Coronado, the hub of the West Beaches area, often called the Gold Coast. She immediately
became involved in the active groups in the local beach communities, thus being very capable of helping people
new to the area find enjoyable and rewarding activities.
She began property management in 2010, and in 2013 formed her own company, Panama Tropics Management. Being a lover of beaches and all
things ďvacationĒ has brought her much success from day one. She understands North American expectations, and quickly learned global standards
